How we use your information

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to share project information you have asked for, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared internally within Winstone Properties Ltd. and with professional advisers where required to respond to your enquiry or to meet a legal obligation.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

With your permission, this site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to help show our ads to people likely to be interested. It records pages you view, the project pages you open and that an enquiry was submitted, together with your device, browser and IP address. Your name, email, phone number and message are not sent to Meta.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first; the Pixel stays off unless you accept. Elsewhere it runs by default and you can switch it off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer; a refusal takes effect immediately in every open tab.

We keep a record of your choice (accepted or declined, when, the notice version and your region) in your browser, and attach that reference and the campaign that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags or a Facebook click id) to any enquiry you submit, so our sales team can see which advertising led to it.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the purpose for which they were collected, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
