Building in Bangladesh since 2014
Winstone Properties Ltd. began with residential developments and joint-venture landowner partnerships in Uttara, Dhaka. The company later expanded into larger developments in Uttara Phase 3 and United City on Madani Avenue.
From 2023, Winstone extended its work into eco-tourism and hospitality through Silver Sun Eco Resort in Kuakata, while continuing its residential development portfolio in Dhaka.

Winstone expanded beyond residential development into eco-tourism and hospitality, including Silver Sun Eco Resort in Kuakata, alongside share-based ownership concepts.
